Family Practice

Susanne Landgrebe, ARNP, FNP-C has been educated and Board Certified in Family Practice Medicine since 1998.  She has worked extensively in general medicine, Urgent Care, Emergency Room, and Clinic settings; diagnosing and treating illnesses, infections, trauma, and the overall general health of patients of all ages.  Susanne's passion is health promotion, improving patients' health, and Integrative Medicine.  

Unlike pediatricians, who only provide care for children, and internists, who only provide care for adults, family medicine encompasses all ages, sexes, each organ system, and every disease entity. Family practice providers also pay special attention to their patients’ lives within the context of family and the community. While there are similarities between family medicine and the other primary care specialties, family practice providers have an unprecedented opportunity to have an impact on the health of an individual patient over that person’s entire lifetime.
